Before & After School Care
Ages 5+
For children in Kindergarten to Grade 5, we have a Before & After School Care program including drop-off and pick-up service for Seaforth Elementary School.
We know working families need flexible care.
Our Before & After School Care program is there to give you peace of mind. We drop off and pick up the children directly at the Seaforth Elementary school grounds, which is only half-a-block away (3 minute walk) from our centre.
$491 per month*
Before & After School Care
The Monthly Fee is already reduced by $115/month from the Child Care Fee Reduction program.
Full-time care Monday to Friday from 7am to 9am and 3pm to 6pm
This program is only offered 5 days per week for both before and after school. There are no part-time options.
One snack is provided (afternoon). On Pro-D Days, we ask parents to pack a morning snack & lunch.
Includes all learning & play materials (arts & crafts, worksheets, seeds for planting, books, toys etc.)
Full-priced tuition (before fee reduction) includes full-day care on Pro-D days, one week of spring break and two weeks per month over summer break (additional fees may apply for extra weeks of care during spring and summer break and also due to adjustments in the child care fee reduction amount if not attending for the whole month)
Kindergarten only: $311 per month* after the $320 Child Care Fee Reduction program.
We accept the Affordable Child Care Benefit for qualifying families.

Schedule & Closures

You’re welcome drop your child off between 7am to 8:30am in the morning. If you haven’t arrived by 8:30am, we assume that you will be dropping off at school.
Please pick up between 3:30-5:50pm. We close at 6pm. Late fees may apply for late pick-ups.

Our schedule may vary day-to-day however it generally looks like this:
7 - 8:30am: Kids arrive; Free Play
8:45am: Kids depart to school at Seaforth Elementary
9am - 3pm: Regular school schedule
3pm: Kids are picked up at Seaforth Elementary
3:30 - 4pm: Snack & Clean-up
4 - 5pm: Outdoor Play (rain or shine)
5 - 6pm: Free Play Time

We are open year-round except BC Statutory Holidays plus Easter Monday, Truth & Reconciliation Day and for our winter break from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day.
We also have 1-2 days of closures in June (between the end of the school year and start of our summer camps), plus in September (between the end of our summer camps and start of the school year).
Please note that we may have to close for hazardous weather (snow days) in the wintertime. We generally follow the school snow closures.
