Register for Summer Camps 2024

Register for children in Kindergarten, Grade 1 or Grade 2 (born in 2018, 2017 or 2016).

EACH CAMP INCLUDES:

• Daily camp between 9:30am to 3:30pm

  • Option to add extended hours (8am to 6pm)

• Located at 3821 Piper Ave, Burnaby, BC

• All materials, games, activities, art supplies etc.

• Food is NOT provided (we ask parents to pack nut-free lunch + snacks)

RATES:

• $300 per camp (5 days each)

• $250 for camps with 4 days (March 25-28, July 2-5, Aug 6-9 only)

• $75 per camp for extended hours (8am to 6pm)

• Camp rates have already been reduced by the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative ($16/day for Kindergarten and $5.5/day for Grade 1 & 2)

• No taxes required

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

• Select the camp and hours you would like

• Add to Cart & complete the short form

• You can add another camp to your cart if you wish

  • Please add one camp at a time if registering for multiple camps

• When ready, click the cart button at the top right corner to check out and pay

• Once you’ve paid for your camp(s), we will contact you to complete a registration form for your child

Another payment option is email transfer - please contact us at hello@dharmakids.ca to arrange this

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If you cancel with at least 14 days notice prior to the start of a camp, we will add a credit to your child’s file for a future camp registration

• After this period, absences due to sickness, appointments, personal choice or any other reason are not eligible for a credit or refund

• Summer Camps only: If you cancel prior to May 15, 2024, we will issue you a refund minus a $50 administration fee
